Does driving 4 dollars really work? I have looked up hot zip codes and drove in those areas and literally only find like 1 maybe 2 properties are you all still finding an abundance of properties when you d4d? I’m experienced and d4d doesn’t seem to be how it was 5-6 years ago. If you not d4d what list is working for you?

We believe in high standards, hard work, and helping others win. 💻 What You'll Actually Do Simply put: Finding borrowers, solving their problems, funding their deals. - Run our marketing systems alongside the team, which includes but isn't limited to posting on social media, outbound calling borrowers, attending local networking events, and following up within our CRM and more. - You'll own your pipeline from first conversation to funded deal.  - Structuring loan scenarios across all programs (we will train on this) and guiding deals through underwriting to close. - You'll work directly with real estate investors, flippers, landlords, and developers who need capital for their deals.
