On Saturday and Sunday morning, I had a really good. Educational real estate seminar where I met a lot of cool people and got to ask a lot of questions and I even made a couple of friends from this 2 day seminar. Their names are Daniel and Steve And they seem like very good. Guys that are enthusiastic about real estate. Investing like I am and I will probably work with them. As real estate Partners, so I made a couple of good connections over the weekend. We even went to a seafood restaurant and hung out there on Sunday. I also did A few cold approaches during my lunch break on Sunday. But the girls didn't seem interested and they just kept walking by and I didn't make a big deal about it. Because I maintained a positive mindset. After the real estate seminar on Saturday, me and some of my friends ended up Going Out later that night. One of my friends made me wait for him until 11 o'clock. So instead of wasting time waiting on him, I ended up taking myself to sips and I did a couple of approaches there. Just to warm up and I use some of the flirting lines. And it seemed to work for a little bit but then I ran out of things to say. Then I meet up with my friend Dylan at a place called blue nightclub and we stood bend the whole night there and we had a lot of fun dancing. And talking to girls and later on that night. I approached a group of 2 girls and I bring my wingman Dylan in to talk to them. He takes one girl for a drink after she asks me for a drink within 5 minutes of the interaction. And I turned her down because I wanted to get to know her more. And then I started talking to her friend. S and there was a guy coming over to me being jealous about it, and she told me that she would never date that guy and she seemed rather interested in me for a little bit. But then the girls ended up going to the bathroom together and we didn't see the end of the night when we all left.
