I've created an ecosystem of self-development:
- I wrote the book "Mirror Path Philosophy: The Formula to Inconsistency".
- I made a workbook.
- I created a complete 12-lesson curriculum for the workbook.
And now, to complete the system, I created a self-development tracking app in an RPG skill stat point system where every action you take during the day is logged at the end.
As you can see in the first photo above, there is a logging photo and then my photo, which shows the three days that I added it got my wisdom, my spirit, and my focus as the top three stats.
Now, if I wanted to work on my health, I would have to:
- eat a balanced meal and make sure I eat three of those a day
- drink water and make sure I do all those
- get a full night's rest
- And stuff like eating junk food.
