I was wondering if people using this are injecting and using a topical serum? What have you seem the best results with for skin as well as hair growth?
Tirzepatide lowered my Lp(a)!!!
Lp(a) went from 91 to 64!!! I only checked this marker about a year ago, and had been on Tirzpeatide from May to December, but this was a big win because supposedly you only need to check this once because there is "nothing" you can do about this genetics marker and this peptide proved otherwise! LDL went from 105 to 99 Non HDL went from 119 to 115 Total Cholesterol went from 181 to 176 Triglycerides went from 56 to 69 ApoB went from 89 to 79 HbA1c went from 5.4 to 5.1 Insulin went from 3.2 to 2.5 Fasting Glucose went from 82 to 72 The other biggest win was on my CGM - anytime I had any carbs or sugar - unrefined or refined) (even paired with protein), my blood sugar would spike to 230! Now, with tirzepatide it never went above 170 - and I tried all kinds of food - juice, a cookie, GF pasta, meat with rice. My glucose has never been high, but using a CGM showed how sensitive I was to grains and sugar.

Which peptides are your favorite to improve sleep quality and how would you use them?

He is looking for ipamorelin & cjc potential to build muscle. He will be graduating high school and will be on a college basketball team, and is looking to put on muscle. Are peptides even a good option at this age? He is healthy, but I also think we should run labs on him first as a baseline.
My experience w/ Reta & KLOW so far
Hi all! 5’5” male @ 139lbs I’ve been on Retatrutide now for 9 weeks. Started off @ 1mg/week microdosed 4x @ 250mcg Shifted to 0.8mg/week because my appetite was getting too suppressed and I was under eating. I’ve noticed slight fat loss but nothing significant. I’m also taking Reta for its anti-inflammatory effects since I deal with hives which have no specific trigger (that I can at least identify) I’m actually thinking about going off of reta and eating above maintenance so I can put on more muscle and then try a fat loss cycle again with Reta. I’m worried my metabolism may need to reset from a long period of under-eating. I’m also on the KLOW stack for general recovery. 2500mcg 5x/week. I hit the gym 3x/week for strength training. Been on it for 2 weeks now. Haven’t noticed too much yet. Excited to be here and connect with you all!
