How To Get Your First Paid Skool Member
Most Skool community owners try to create an offer before they know what their members actually want. So they build courses, challenges, and programsโ€ฆ โ€ฆand nobody buys. After running Mindset Skool over a year and collecting hundreds of responses from members, I realized something simple: You only need three posts to figure out your entire offer. In this video I show you: โ€ข The three posts every Skool community should have โ€ข How these posts generate hundreds of responses from members โ€ข How to use those responses to build offers people actually want โ€ข The AI prompt that recreates this framework for your niche These posts helped me build my first course, refine my messaging, and create offers directly from my communityโ€™s responses. If you run a Skool community and you're struggling to monetize it, start here.

๐ŸŸข Celebrating 900 members
I started this group on November 25, 2025 and in just a little over 4 months I've crossed 900 members. I made a tutorial video for you to celebrate. I'm breaking down the Skool model I would start today if I had to start over. Watch all the way through and let me know what you think. P.S. Mindset Skool is still open on a 7-day FREE trial. It ends when we reach 300 members. If you want more of this... start your trial here: https://www.skool.com/mindsetskool/about

Nothing is original, and that's the point
I made this post in Mindset Skool about 2 months ago and it's important for you all to hear. It was my birthday at the time and you'll hear me reference that in the video. You can watch the video if you prefer. At the time of this post I had been listening to Predictable Profits by Stu McLaren. And I had a moment that I think a lot of you will relate to. By the time I hit Chapter 9, I stopped the audiobook, grabbed my phone, and did a full brain dump... because there wasnโ€™t a single thing that I hadnโ€™t heard before. Not one. This is not a knock on anyone. It was just a realization. Iโ€™ve heard this same material 30โ€“50 times, from 30โ€“50 different people. And thatโ€™s the lesson. Stu isnโ€™t โ€œwinningโ€ because he invented something new. Heโ€™s winning because: - Heโ€™s clear - Heโ€™s consistent - Heโ€™s confident enough to repeat things that feel obvious - Heโ€™s willing to say them again for people hearing them for the first time - And most importantlyโ€ฆ he thinks like someone who expects to be listened to You can hear that confidence in his voice. And this is where I want to be very direct with you. This is why a lot of you are stuck. Because youโ€™re telling yourself one (or more) of these lies: - โ€œEveryone already knows this.โ€ - โ€œSomeone smarter already said it.โ€ - โ€œI donโ€™t have anything new.โ€ - โ€œThere are too many people doing this.โ€ - โ€œWho am I to say thisโ€ฆ or charge for this?โ€ That last one is the worst. Meanwhileโ€ฆ youโ€™re surrounded by people who: - Have never heard this stuff - Are earlier than you think - Donโ€™t want another guru - Want someone relatable to explain it Thatโ€™s why many of you are here. You're tired of the guru nonsense. So am I. Iโ€™ve chosen my side. Here are the 4 takeaways I want you to sit with: 1๏ธโƒฃ Nothing is original and thatโ€™s a GOOD thing. Every proven framework is recycled. Every winning offer is borrowed. Every book is a remix.
Nothing is original, and that's the point
What I do.
I help divorced and separated fathers silence the voice telling them they're not enough, so they can show up fully for their kids.
๐Ÿ’ก Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: โ€ข I want to help remote workers fix neck pain โ€ข I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals โ€ข I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesnโ€™t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment ๐Ÿ‘‡ Go to the Classroom โ†’ Start Here and continue with: Step 1 ๐Ÿงญ Pick Your Direction Thatโ€™s where weโ€™ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below ๐Ÿ‘‡ Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian ๐Ÿ”ฅ
