Start Here ===> The No B.S. SaaS Model explained
Welcome to the No B.S. SaaS - the no burnout or stress method for launching and scaling a little SaaS to $300 - $1,000 a day. Please watch this short training to get an overview of the method, and why I'm SO excited for you to learn it and implement it. We've figured out how to find high demand, easy to sell SaaS idea, validate them before we build and then scale them to 20-30 new customers a day WITHOUT all the marketing, sales, investment, hiring B.S. most founders have to deal with. Once you watch PLEASE comment below with your thoughts so I can make sure you understand the concept. It's uber-important the mindset "shifts" start taking hold in your noggin so you can move on to the next step.

CONGRATS to a SaaS in a Weekend Member! Pre-Sell Alert 🔔
This screenshot might not seem like much... 2 sales?! Woopdie freakin do?? Here's why I'm so excited: 1. This SaaS product does NOT exist yet. Not only that, the landing page has only 3 screenshots of a super rough product that the founder cobbled together with Claude code. 2. These sales were from a brand new FB ad account to a frigid cold audience. 3. He didn't show his face, no one knows who he is, so these folks didn't buy because they "know, like and trust" him. 4. The landing page isn't *that* good. No fancy designs, Java motion graphics, etc. 5. The first sale came on day 3 of a 7 day campaign. After the two sales we turned the campaign off because SALES = VALIDATION. Even if it's only a couple. 6. This fella can now BUILD his SaaS, knowing that people will buy it. Because of Claude code and Codex, this non-developer can know build his SaaS in a couple of weeks, then when it's ready to launch, just turn the ads back on and start getting sales. If someone tells you: 1. "You need to build an MVP before anyone will buy" 2. "Facebook ads don't work" 3. "You can't sell a SaaS without a demo or free trial" 4. "You need to pick an idea that's NeVeR BeeN DonE bEfore!" Show them this.

What if I'm not a developer? Can I still launch a SaaS?
This is one of the biggest questions I get in SaaS in a Weekend. "If I can pre-sell a SaaS idea before I build it, how do I get it built? How much will it cost? Do I hire someone? Can I do it myself if I'm not a developer?" Usually I recommend getting a co-founder who can code and having them build it while you do the marketing, splitting everything 50/50. The problem with that is, well, partnerships are hard. Lots of times they don't work out, and you're stuck with a SaaS you can't maintain. It CAN work, but it's hard. So, I partnered with a super smart dude who figured out how to no-code SaaS products. He's NOT a developer. But in the past 2 months he's already coded 4 fully functional products. One of them I use every day - it's become a core part of my workflow. And he just put the finishing touches on something he calls "Anyone Can Be a Dev" where he walks you through his process step-by-step.. You'll follow along with him as he shows you how to build your own custom CRM using no code tools.... And when you're done, you'll be able to code any app you can think of. It's the missing piece to SaaS in a Weekend. We're putting the finishing touches on it now... When we launch it, would you like to be in the pilot program where you'll get the whole package + his help to build your first SaaS?

🚀 SaaS Idea of the Day: Simple Uptime Monitoring
Today's SaaS idea is a classic Micro-SaaS that perfectly fits the "SaaS in a Weekend" model. It's simple, solves a massive problem, and is highly scalable. 💡 The Idea: Simple Uptime Monitoring 🏷️ Potential Name: SitePulse (or pick your own!) 🛠️ What it does: It's a background service that pings a user's website every few minutes. If the site goes down, it immediately sends an alert via Email, SMS, or Slack. ✨ What's unique about it: You might be thinking, "Don't UptimeRobot and Pingdom already do this?" Yes! And they make hundreds of millions doing it — which proves the market is massive and validated. But those tools have become bloated and complex. Your unique angle is radical simplicity. You target the freelancer, the small agency, or the solopreneur who just wants a "set it and forget it" tool without navigating a maze of enterprise features. 🎯 Why it perfectly fits the SaaS in a Weekend model: Crystal Clear Job-to-be-Done: The pitch is simply: "We check your site. If it's down, we alert you." No user education required. Minimal Third-Party Reliance: The core is just a scheduled script. You only need standard APIs like Twilio (SMS) or SendGrid (Email) for alerts. Tolerates Downtime: If your monitoring service goes down for 10 minutes, users miss a few checks — it doesn't break their business. No expensive 99.999% uptime guarantees needed. Insanely Scalable: Checking a URL is lightweight. The server cost to check 1,000 sites is barely different from 10,000. High margins at scale. Instant ROI: The very first time your app alerts a user to a downed site, you save them from lost sales. That single alert pays for a year of your service. Easy Upsell Path: Free tier (30-min checks, email only) → Pro tier (1-min checks, SMS/Slack, SSL monitoring, public status pages). Who's claiming this idea for their weekend build? Replay Live! How to Validate Your SaaS Idea w/ Customers BEFORE Writing Code
Hot dawg I had fun hanging out with ya on the fun-shop last week. The replay is LIVE and in the classroom for $9. It includes: 1. The recording of the workshop that walks you through how to find and validate a SaaS idea without coding 2. The exact landing and checkout page we use to get customers to buy - even if we have no product 3. The "converts like crazy" checkout page that covers our ad spend And 4 Bonuses: 1. My personal list of pre-validated SaaS ideas that you can steal and build - they all have a huge market, low infra costs and solve a simple job to be done 2. The exact Landing Page, Checkout Page and Thank You Page templates - just fill in your info and launch 3. The SaaS Validation Scorecard - the document we use to validate our SaaS ideas I waffled back and forth on giving this replay away for free, but I feel it would be a disservice to you to NOT charge at least something - you'll value it more and take action when there's a little skin in the game.
