Powerful Spoken Meditation: The Breath Of The Universe (Why me?)
I want to explore deeper metaphysical concepts with you from time to time. This "eyes open" meditation is an active visualization to deepen your understanding of your life cycle in the Universe. Please let me know how this exercise resonates with you at this time in your life. Please let me know if you'd like a recorded version of this meditation or a class on this material. However, remember that this technique is designed to be read aloud and to move you into a place of resonance in present-moment awareness. Understand that you are learning. You are softening. It's perfectly ok to begin again. ➡️ Notice the space between thoughts: - You're safe to pause here. - Let's give this a little room. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Take a deep breath in through your nose… and let it out slowly through your mouth. Breathe for three full cycles. (This will get easier the more you practice.) Inhale for four counts… Hold for four counts… Exhale for six counts… ➡️ Let's begin.
