Living Mirror Gathering Meeting Tonight
Hi Everyone, I want to personally invite you to join me live tonight for the Living Mirror Gathering. Tonight, we are doing something a little different. We are going to start exploring the 7 primal fears that live in the human body — not as ideas, but as sensations, patterns, and memories that quietly drive our decisions, reactions, and life direction. Most people try to think their way out of fear.Tonight, we are going to learn how to see it, feel it, and understand what it is trying to protect. You may discover: - Where fear lives in your body - What situations trigger it - When it first appeared in your life - How it silently influences your choices - And how to tell the difference between a fear from the past and a signal in the present This is the kind of work that is hard to do alone.There is something powerful about being in the room, in the moment, seeing yourself in real time. The energy that we bring to the group also helps us in ways we cannot understand. This is still a personal experience. No one has to share what they find. However for some this is the most healing time of all. It is when you stand in acceptance of yourself, allow yourself to be seen and witnessed in your wholeness. This is not a lecture. I will not be explaining these fears and we will not be having a discussion about how they work. This is an experience. If you have ever wondered why you keep ending up in the same place…why certain feelings keep returning…or why you react before you even have time to think… Tonight will help you see that clearly. I do not expect us to get through more than one, maybe two in one gathering and we will spend the next several gatherings working on one at a time. Can we Run, Hide or Fight our emotions?
It is becoming more and more clear to me that we humans are on the cusp of having to learn how to experience our emotions. We are being pushed to finally deal with a lifetime of emotions we have either run from, hide from, or fought to keep tightly bound deep inside. The world is increasingly giving us experiences where we are being pressured to finally let them out. Except many people have no idea how to do the opposite of what they have spent a lifetime trying to control. Emotions are E=energy in motion. They have highs and they have lows. Our society seems to be comfortable in the highs but tries anything it can to avoid the lows. What if all we need to do is allow the E=energy to actually move no matter if it is a high or if it is a low? I would love to have a discussion on this topic and get your experience with your relationship to emotion it's highs and its lows. What do you tend to do when you feel a low? What do you do to avoid it or stop it? Do you see a purpose in the low? I hope I hear from you all.
Surrender
Surrender is the pause or space of the unknown. It is the gap between that which we are living and that which we have dreamed or desired. It is the pause that allows synchronicity of the universe to bring to us that which we desire to experience into our awareness. It is void of expectation of how it must show up. Meaning if you are looking for a focused expectation you are limiting the magic of the universe to bring you something in your highest and best good. You are going to miss the magic that could appear and attuning only to what you expect to show up and thus are disappointed if it shows up differently. Surrender allows magic to show up from the frequency of your heart, instead of from the frequency of your mind needing everything to be in a perfect checklist or plan. Surrender is the trust in yourself and the trust in source to provide what you have asked for in the right time. Surrender is the silence and space where you have set your heart, emotion and mind to be aligned to the frequency of your desire and have experienced it in your heart as already yours. You have lived it. Then abracadabra you say yes that one is mine. Once the spell is cast all there is left to do is engage with the present moment of your life and enjoy each one. Not looking for the dream to appear, but just being present so as it starts to appear before you as opportunities you are aware enough to see them. How well do you allow surrender in your life? The Week of Noticing Patterns
This week you might start to notice patterns emerge. Patterns in yourself and with other people. Awareness of our patterns helps us to recognize why things keep repeating in our life. If this week you notice a returning or repeating pattern, try to pause. Ask yourself some questions. Try to approach the pattern from a curious mind. Try to see it in a new way or from a wider lens. If you need to walk it out with a trusted friend reach out and see if they are available to hold space and listen, ask them to spot possible things you may not be seeing. This is not so they can fix it for you, but to help you see what you may have missed. If you feel like sharing an aha or a moment of awareness please comment.
Just ended the first Living Mirror Gathering meetup
What a fantastic start to a community call that allows us to take time and pause. Go within ourselves and hold a conversation where we ask our bodies what they are trying to communicate to us through sensations of our body, pain, tension, even conditions.
