First Class in a Decade…
Today I ran my first class in over 10 years. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect.A decade is a long time to step away from something that once felt so natural. But something powerful happened. After the class… I had a dream. Not just any dream the kind I used to have when I was deeply in this work.A higher-level dream. The kind that feels like it’s showing you something, not just playing in your mind. I haven’t had that in a decade. And it reminded me of something important: A dream is not just a dream.When you’re aware inside it… when you’re present in it…you’re not just dreaming you’re stepping onto a path of understanding. That’s what today felt like. Not just teaching.Not just showing up again.But stepping back onto a path I had paused for a long time. There’s something powerful about returning to what you’re meant to do.Your body knows. Your mind remembers. And sometimes… your dreams confirm it. Today's practice: clarity circle
At night as you are going to sleep you visualise a big blue circle in your minds eye or floating up in the air. It csn be a sphere or a circle whatever shows up for you. You put in everything in your life, every stress every email every worry every task every person and conversation. The circle just drifts away in its own time dont worry about it but what you are feeling into is the spaciousness you've just created. The blank slate you can go to sleep with. The clarity you can wake up with. Wayne does this every night and I just started doing it again and honestly I fell asleep in no time. No racing thoughts. And I woke up just relaxed and clear. Do this tonight and drop below how you feel. Then do it each night for a week and track how you feel.
