I was not aware of the time change for the call waiting to be let in.

As we enter into this difficult time leading up to April 15 and finishing up paying our taxes, it occurred to me what a tremendous difference between the calls that we make to people and call that the IRS representatives make. Their calls are seldom very favorable. Usually they are worrisome. Taxes that we haven't paid or money that we still owe. Their is a certain dread from calls from that source. What a difference when we talk with someone who is down and out and has no clue that they have funds available to them. We can be the best news that they have received in a long time. This can help us to keep making our calls even though at times it seems tough to get through to the right person. Somebody will be grateful that we stuck with it !!
