Lesson 15- Listening to Your Triggers in your Body
Dr. D wants to remind everyone "We don’t just stumble over triggers; we navigate the constellations they’ve formed within us. To observe the entanglement is the first step toward becoming the weaver, rather than the web." By recognizing the patterns, you reclaim the power to rewrite the narrative. Be patient with your healing process. When the rollercoaster ride of emotions gets triggered, it is vitally important that the first thing you do is tap into your Body. You want to begin to be able to notice what the trigger is! The trigger may be hidden because your body tends to carry the signal first. Before the mind can explain the thought that is being triggered – the body tends to reveal uneasiness in the body which you want to locate. Some examples, your chest gets tight, your heartbeat is racing or your hands are shaking or sweating. A trigger can reveal itself before your body shows you where it started. Your body can help you find the doorway that’s triggered and help you know the feeling! Once you identify the doorway, you can do some Breathwork lightly inhale, exhale and watch how the body begins to unravel and expose the trigger. Important to know that your body is not betraying you, it is merely speaking a inner sacred language. Know there is an awareness and with GOD centered stillness and presence, inner guidance can show you calm and peace. To practice this ritual ask yourself this question….what part of my body seems to be reacting and what is it reacting to. Make sure you journal your answers. Repeat this Closing Affirmation: I honor the lessons that have shaped my life and I release any negative voices or triggers that do not belong to me. Just for today, I choose to listen to my inner Divine Mind for counsel. I will trust the quiet inner wisdom in my bones- I will not rush the river, I will listen to its current and place my feet in the path that my Divine Mind guides me to take in the stillness. I am allowed to BELIEVE in myself- I am learning to trust that inner guidance and am learning that I am led by GOD’S inner wisdom in me.

Lesson 11 The Power of Self Acceptance
One of the most important keys to remember in you Personal Journey is that you will need to develop or re-develop your Inner Being. I found that this was not easy but helpful in order for me to look at myself differently. I needed to accept myself Mind, Body and Spirit. That meant that I had to admit to myself that I truly wanted change in my life. I did, I was ready! So, the first thing that I had to do was define what acceptance meant to me. For me, Acceptance meant that I had to act the part of receiving something willingly. Acceptance is the state of being approved or welcomed, or it could be acknowledging reality without resistance, involving favorable reception, agreement, or inclusion. Why do we need acceptance as humans? Well, it is not possible to change anything that happens in our lifetime. If we resist that fact, we can easily become stressed with anxiety, in a pit of daily misery. If we can learn to accept what happens, we may find ourselves empowered and experiencing much less suffering. So, what is the meaning of acceptance? The best meaning of acceptance to me, is acceptance provides approval or favorable reception by our social society. It tends to provide a sense of belonging, fitting in. It is a non-judgmental acknowledgment of the true reality, oneself, or difficult situations, essential for mental well-being and recovery. Research has shown that one of the top actions we can take to help increase our levels of acceptance and happiness is daily gratitude. Also, high social acceptance matches with better mental health; as low acceptance can lead to isolation. When we accept life as it was, we have the ability to accept “yes” to life as it is, and include past memories, as mere markers of our life experience. Through acceptance, we are able to integrate the past as a “wounded child” experience that is no longer useful to our being. What we are able to gain is strength and vitality in our being. Let me explain the Inner Child. The inner child is that subconscious part of the mind representing one's younger self. It tends to hold early memories, emotions, and beliefs that, when unhealed from trauma, neglect, or unmet needs, cause adult insecure behaviors, emotional triggers, and relationship struggles.
JUST FEELINGS
The connection between what we feel and what we do is one of the most powerful forces in our lives. Feelings are incredible messengers, but they make for terrible captains. ⚓️ It’s easy to let a temporary wave of frustration, fear, or even excitement dictate a permanent decision. But remember: - Feelings are the weather. - Values are the compass. When you’re caught in an emotional storm, the best choice isn't always the loudest one—it’s the one that aligns with who you want to be after the storm passes. Don't let a "right now" mood ruin a "long term" vision. Take a breath, acknowledge the feeling, and then choose your next move with intention. How are you choosing to lead your life today? 👇

Inspiration- Metaphysics and the Divine Mind
In this Inspiration, it is important to grow closer to your Divine Mind. The closer we become to the Presence of GOD within ourselves, the more we become filled with universal love. Universal love is love based on all things GOD.....compassion, understanding, tolerance, and patience with one’s fellow human beings. People whose state of mind is really equal to success in the fullest meaning of the word possess, manifest, and express compassion, understanding, tolerance, and patience with others on a daily basis, as they live their lives. This does not mean striking a self-righteous pose with others, and spiritually patronizing them to make themselves seem spiritually superior. Holier-than-thou types are not in a state of mind to really practice the Golden Rule of GOD, since they are too mentally preoccupied with their own false sense of spiritual superiority and self-importance. Once we have come into a metaphysical state of mind that produces successful living, we know we must do more than simply strike a prayerful position upon awakening in the morning, we must hold that position as a lifestyle for the entire day and thru the years. GOD created the entirety of the Universe, which encompasses a great deal of activity. The nature of GOD is one of perpetual activity. Such activity is a combination of GODs Spirit (Presence) and universal consciousness. The expression involves the action or activity of a trinity of Spirit, mind, and matter. The closer we draw to the Presence of GOD within ourselves, the more we realize that only through taking action in Spirit, mind, and then body (physical manifestation) can our more significant needs be accomplished. Those who have truly achieved a state of mind conducive to realizing success using metaphysics should have arrived at a point in their consciousness wherein they regard themselves as GOD action-people, those who are relentlessly deliberate and concentrated, day after day, in the active pursuit of that which they strive to obtain peace, love and prosperity....Mind, Body & Spirit!
