First of all, Suite Achievers, what an amazing post to have to share 5 months into your work here in The Zee Suite! I'm SO PROUD of all of you for doing the work and dramatically changing your results and lives such that others are asking you what you are doing. Suite Insiders, let me fill you in.... in Suite Achievers class this week, we talked about the pressure that can show up when your growth starts getting your franchisor’s attention and suddenly you become the poster child. I get it. I have been there too. It is real. But here is the truth: If you feel pressure, you are out of alignment. Pressure says, "I made this happen, and now I have to do it again." But that is not what happened. You did not force the results. You aligned with them, and in that alignment, Source, Universal Law, God—whatever word speaks to you—brought the results forward. We are so free that we get to choose which "us" is in charge. Pressure is the voice of the egoic mind. Freedom is the voice of the spirit mind. There is no judgment here. I remember this feeling like it was yesterday. It haunted me for years, and in my opinion, it haunts many consultants and franchisees who are working so hard to get to that stage. The irony is that all of that efforting often keeps them from the stage. And even when they do get there through force, they cannot stay there, because the same egoic mind that pushed them there is the one that whispers, "You cannot do it again." So how do we cure this? We let go of the egoic mind and remember: We are not Source. We are not the way. We are not the how. We are the what. We are here to ask and believe. We are here to give and then receive. When you make these simple shifts, the pressure releases. You come back into alignment. You remember it's not about doing. It's always about being. And from that place, you can soar again—effortlessly—and to even greater heights. Find your bliss in serving others, and watch what happens. That is how you stand on the stage without constantly working for it.

Last Day of Q1: Reflect Without Judgment Take a moment today and look back at your goals. How did you do? Short? On par? Ahead? If you fell short—what was the limiting factor? And with that awareness… how are you showing up right now as a setup for Q2? Be honest. Do you need to get busy—not in doing, but in being? Or have you been doing the being (and inspired doing) work, and your buds are just about to break through the surface? If you’re on par—are you truly satisfied? Or do you wish you had aimed higher? It is just as easy to manifest $100K as it is $10K… or even $1.The only difference is the story you tell yourself about how hard it is to earn “that.” Does that story serve your wealth goals? If not—then do the THINKING work and change the story, EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY! If you’re ahead—how does that feel? Did you aim low so you could get the win? 😉 Or did your momentum unlock something bigger… something more effortless? If so, you're in the sweet spot. CONGRATS. Keep being you! Now the real question: Where will you be on June 30? You get to decide today, and every day between now and then. Not by what you do…But by how you feel. Your emotional state is the signal. It determines everything. The work is in you. Wake up and feel as if the dream has already happened. The money is already in your account. The business is already thriving. For the first time in years, I didn’t see the final 1% of the manifestation -the money in my bank…But I know my buds are just beneath the surface—ready for the sun and spring rain. And when the harvest comes… it will come fast and furiously. I’ve already felt it. I’ve already stood in it. Now it’s your turn. Your harvest is waiting. 🌱

On March 1, knowing I was going to be busy with my Zee Suite goals and writing my book, I set my intention to generate only 4 leads for franchise consulting. I am no longer running ads. I haven't been prospecting for referrals. I literally took no action in the month of March to find the 4 people. But I did write down 1. 2. 3. 4. I didn't talk against myself, wonder when they would come, how they would come or if they would come. I was also detached from them coming because I didn't need them to come, but I wanted them to come because I love being a franchise consultant. Yesterday at 3PM, on the last day of the month, the 4th lead "randomly" showed up. What's most noteworthy about this story is that all 4 leads were from my social media which is quite interesting because you may recall that I was fired from my social media company in February because I was putting too much pressure on them because they had not generated one lead for me in 2 months. Read that again. They did not generate one lead for me. In March, I had no social media support, and I generated 4 leads from social media. Who was always in control of those leads coming? The work is not EVER in efforting. It is ALWAYS in being. Welcome to Q2. Your harvest awaits.

Today is the final Monday of Q1. What I’m most interested in is this: How do you feel about your first quarter? The general pulse I’m sensing is… positive, but not amazing. Some of you have been planting seeds that will absolutely produce a harvest in Q2 and Q3. But if you started in November or earlier… you should be seeing results by now. If you’re not—no judgment—but let’s get a handle on this in Q2 so that by Q3 you are standing in your own “acres of diamonds” (yes, from Acres of Diamonds - a great read!)😉 Here’s the truth: Results come from who you believe you are—not what you do. So this is not about: - better scripts - better marketing - more effort This is about YOU. How you feel about: - yourself - your business - your opportunity Now… there is a “doing” that supports becoming. We’ve spent the last month talking about it. But hear this clearly: 👉 Effort is just work. 👉 Results do NOT come from effort. As we step into April 1 and Q2… I want you to define your 90-day goals. But not just outcomes. Define: 👉 Who you must BE starting TODAY and every day for the next 90 days. The work should feel: - simple - light - effortless If you feel: - fear - pressure - striving Comment below. Write your 90-day story as if it’s already done Ask yourself: - What does my thriving business look like? - What is my daily and weekly revenue? - How do I feel? If your goal feels predictable… it won’t inspire you. And if you’re not inspired… 👉 You are not doing the real work. You must LIVE in an extraordinary state. That means: - think from the end - feel from the end - visualize it as DONE If you already achieved your Q2 goals… How would you: - sell? - lead? - speak? - live? - invest? 👉 Be that person NOW.
