Any other stylist do hair on Easter??? I forgot to shut my books down….ugh but Yeah!!

With the prices on the rise how often do you plan on seeing your stylist?? Don’t fret this to shall pass. I recommend you wear a “loc sock”. A loc sock will allow your locs to live freely and not create fuzz too soon. Whether you’re in a style or letting them hang, it’s an easy way to maintain the condition of your locs. Fuzz will happen but let’s limit the time on when it starts. Another great tip, see if your stylist is offering package deals. Purchasing your services in advance from a reputable stylist will save you in the long run. Don’t over oil your hair…..this is a whole other topic.

When I fist got started I would sit and twist my hair. I thought hey I am a hairdresser I can do this. Plus, I was a struggling 20yr old who didn’t have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out…in my mother’s voice. Well after several sessions of doing my own hair it felt promising to begin doing others. Well that’s how my journey began. How did you begin?
