Morning movement routine I have been going tk the gym but not doing my yoga as much...this morning I tuned into my body and let it guide me...when you get in a flow its spiritual! The shaking, vibration and flow is needed for health in the body, mind, and spirit. When your single and pure you have to still release and move that energy you would if you were in a union.
