I have four races scheduled this year and I am back in the mode of running. One of the races is a tri athlon and I started biking again today and now I need to get dialed In and do some swimming!

Half Marathon
Ran the Canyonlands half marathon with a few buddies. Didn’t hit my goal, ran into some fatigue and back pain, but glad I did it. Hardest one for me yet. Signed up for the Utah Valley Half in June. 👊🏻 #letsdoitagain

Had to push yesterday and today
My whole household has been sick all week and I started feeling it yesterday. I really didn't want to do the workouts yesterday or today but I pushed through and feel pretty good all things considered.
