A Quick Studio Update for You
Hey guys, I want to give you a quick update because I’m currently restructuring the online yoga studio. We now have two tiers: Free Access: If you click on the classroom, you’ll see plenty of classes that are free to use. This includes: - the 14-Day Flow & Hip Challenge we ran before - collection of classes for upper body and shoulders - relaxation postures and recovery practices - 3 Digestive Teas These classes are very accessible for anyone who is just getting started with yoga, but they are also very useful for those of you who already have some experience. Most classes are around 10 to 15 minutes or 10 to 20 minutes long, so they’re easy to fit into daily life. Premium Access: In the premium section, which I’m starting at $9, you’ll find: - longer classes - classes that are a little more challenging - practices that work toward things like arm balances and handstands - two new classes each week At the moment, I won’t be offering live classes. That is simply due to personal reasons. I have some bigger changes happening in my private life right now, and I can’t honestly commit to a fixed live schedule at the moment. Right now, I’m in phase one of building this into a valuable online yoga studio for all of you, so things may still shift a little as I figure out the most helpful structure.
