Want to make sure you guys get at least a full week in before we begin the check-ins. Hope you had a good first couple of days and a happy Easter for those who celebrate. How do you get your Steps in?!
Any advice on how to start sleep walking?! Some of you get so many steps in a day, sleep walking will be the only way I catch up! Haha What are some of the books, podcast or music you listen to while taking laps around the track? I’ve been listening to a fantasy book the last few days ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’ that I’m really enjoying!

@Jaime Tarne I walk around town from time to time, but the track makes it so I can be engulfed in a book and not have to worry about traffic or others, its also a lot more gentle on my body, broke my hip days before Christmas, and just started being able to walk recently. What do you listen to when you get your walks in?

I’m Anthony, 34, straight out of Steubenville, Ohio. I’ve been Pickling victims for 3 years this summer! I’d really like to change my body fat percentage, and gain maybe 8 lbs of muscle over the next 60 days. I broke my hip days before Christmas, and have just started walking again recently, I have quite the road to recovering all of the progress I had made last year. I have never had a Dupr Rating, but my close friends I play with did win the WV state tournament 2 years ago, and their wives won it last year, we are pretty competitive and always have good games. I’d guess I’m a 4.0 if asked(prior to my recent injury). One fun fact about me is that I’m a pretty decent singer.
Tasty low calorie, high protein snack
If anyone has snack cravings try this snack. Low fat greek yogurt, 2% cottage cheese and a drizzle of honey. Portions are to your own taste. Sometimes I double up and make it a meal. Good luck in your journey!

I eat tree bark when I need a snack, gives me a weeks worth of fiber, and something for my stomach to figure out for a few hours stopping the hunger! 👹 I do really enjoy yogurt though!
