Happy Easter to all! Friday was a great day with 19,663 steps and 3,061 calories burned. Yesterday I got in 16,954 steps with 2,954 calories burned. I have been in a calorie deficit each day. I am wondering where the sweet spot in regard to how much of a deficit I should be in? I am also watching my carbs at the advice of my doctor.

Day 4 - Birthday open plays
DAY 2 - Still enthusiastic
Day 2 started for me with a new decision to move my body. I found some basic Tai Chi moves, put on some 60s songs and did 1,000 steps in under 10 minutes!! Then I went to a pickleball court with a delightful local teacher who is also one of the best pickleball players on the island of Lombok and he gave me 2 hours of intensive coaching (another 5,000 steps with my heart monitor was screaming at me to calm down, but it does that sometimes! 🤣) Then I decided to treat myself to a 2 hour full body massage and a 30 minute Foot Reflexology session (my muscles kept notifying my that I had been using them!). The massage is going to become a regular treat for me (instead of the edible treats like ice cream) And yes! I am getting through the second day without eating a single ice cream! I am astoundingly proud of myself! 😁
