Happy Easter to all!
Friday was a great day with 19,663 steps and 3,061 calories burned. Yesterday I got in 16,954 steps with 2,954 calories burned. I have been in a calorie deficit each day. I am wondering where the sweet spot in regard to how much of a deficit I should be in? I am also watching my carbs at the advice of my doctor.
