I’m Dal from NE Ohio. Been playing off and on for 18 months. Injuries, vacations, and rest is why I haven’t played consistently every month. I know I can be quicker, faster, and have better stamina if I drop 25-30 lbs in the next 60 days. That’s easy to do but maintaining is the hard part. So I want to maintain my ideal weight throughout the rest of my playing days. I also try to emulate my game from Tanner Tomassi and Nico because I’m a lefty as well !!!
