Stuck
I have done the 5 day challenge and will redo it when the next one opens. I am currently chatting with others on here and trying to read as much as possible and learn, but don’t know if I am doing this right. I see lots of people talking about Sage, the challenges, blueprint, week 3 emotional mastery threads, daily accountability updates and more. Can I access these yet? I am just a bit confused and don’t know if things are going over my head or if I have missed things

Hey! Don’t worry, it’s completely normal to feel a bit overwhelmed at first. 😊 You’re doing fine just by participating, reading, and chatting here.. that’s exactly how you start learning. For now, focus on the 5-day challenge and interacting here. that’s already a strong start. Everything else will fall into place once you’re ready. 👍
Happy Easter Everyone I Just Joined
Hi everyone, I'm Michael. I have a late diagnosis of ADHD ( Combined Type) 10 weeks ago medicated for 8 weeks. I have been self diagnosed 3 years since connecting with neurodivergentmusicians.com I use making and performing music helps self regulate ADHD symptoms as a healthy coping mechanism. Also connecting with ADHD communities and peer to peer support of lived experiences. Have a nice restful Easter Monday. Best Wishes Michael

Hi Ken! 👋 Welcome to the community! 🙂
Introducing myself - a researcher from Australia
Hi, I'm Bhavana (or you can call me Vana), I'm originally from India but currently living in Melbourne. I'm a scientist working in academic research, so you can ask me anything about medical research (my specific field of expertise is immunology and tissue regeneration). In ADHD Harmony, I want to learn how to leverage my ADHD brain so that everything stops feeling like such a struggle. I am someone with lots of ideas, but not enough motivation to follow through with them. I lack the consistency to keep things moving once I start and this is something I really want to work on. Outside of my work, I like being outdoors in nature, doing a bit of yoga, going for pilates or strength training classes, cycling when possible, and writing (trying out Substack for now). Hoping to connect with others and learn some new strategies to deal with my ADHD in this group!

Hey I’m Lea
Hi, my name is Lea, I’m from Martinique (a french Caribbean island) , and I work as an entrepreneur as digital systems Architect. I had a hard time filling the introduction template 🤣 that was supposed to help. Sometimes I don’t know what’s going on in my head that’s why I’m here. I’m a mom of 2 little humans (1,5 years and 4 years). Becoming a mom helped me a lot to deal with overwhelm. Now that I understand more who I am, I can tell that my career choice has something to do with how my brain works as this is about building systems to ease people’s life (mine included). And the things I love most in life are music, dance, glitters, laugh and travel. Why I’m here ? I’m pretty sure ADHD isn’t a curse and I consider it like a superpower in disguise. And I’m here to understand how to activate that superpower. 😊 I’m proud I started by doing one thing. See you around

Hey Lea! what a wonderful introduction. It sounds like you’ve already learned so much about yourself through motherhood and your career. I love how you see ADHD as a superpower in disguise. Excited to see you explore and activate it here 🙂
