Tenant screening is one of the most important parts of real estate investment. Oftentimes, we receive a bunch of jumbled documents with very little context. Even using RentManager to have our tenants fill out their applications, it's sometimes a process to get those applications into a go/no-go status. I've started using OpenClaw to compile these documents, rename them, put them in the right folders, and develop a risk analysis for each prospective tenant.

We now have a lot of data from beta testers and our own experience to say confidently that if you are going to install Open Claw you should certainly move forward with Claude and NOT OpenAI as your primary model. That means you should have a Claude subscription as a prerequisite. Have no fear OpenAI users. I too used ChatGPT for the last 2 years and all of my data is inside of it! Here's the situation: When you're renovating units, your contractors are sending you photos constantly. Progress updates, finished work, punch list items. The problem is those photos sit in your camera roll or chat history and never end up anywhere useful. Here's what my OpenClaw does every time I forward a renovation photo: • Analyzes what's in the photo — what's finished, what still needs work, what's on the punch list • Asks me which property and lot it belongs to • Renames the file with the right naming convention automatically • Files it into the correct Google Drive folder — specific to that property, that lot • Adds it to the running renovation history for that unit • Confirms what's now in the folder so I know everything is accounted for I don't have to do any of that. My contractor sends me photos, I forward them to Rolando, and within seconds they're named, organized, and filed in the right place. Every unit has a complete renovation history in Google Drive.
