Increasing my weight during workouts. Been a way from it for a while, so I eased back in so I didn’t injury myself. Now I’m starting to increase the weight with the exercises. Been good so far.

@David Rayome yeah it had been a while but I agree it’s like a bike for sure. Just had to put on the training wheels on at first but taking them off on some exercises. Strength is coming back each week.

Macro OCD?
I am ok with eating the same thing every day for a week. Prep. all breakfast and lunch - dinner made in 15. I am on a cut so granted, not many calories to play with. Not for everyone - but was able to lazer in the macros this week. I wasn't a My Fitness Pal believer before. I am now. Keep slaying!

It’s definitely gave me a wake up on how some of the foods I ate in the past are. Same with you, I don’t mind eating the same things. I’m pretty simple when it comes to food nothing too fancy. Is it easier this go-around since you know what Matt talks about compared to when you first started?

This was me. I've done this before. But I stopped, made excuses, etc. However, I look more like the left now, again. More tattoos. More fat. Less happiness. I posted in case anyone else might be shy about their body, or posting results, etc. Not required - but encouraging ya'll to lean into this platform. Very familiar with Skool, and it's helped immensely on my electronic music production career. Goal is to get back to the right (lean!) and more! Vegas, USA. Week 2 with The Macro Mob. Like they say Rome wasn’t built in a day. You got this and I think there is a lot of support in this group to make all of us reach those goals that we are looking for.
