Hey guys, for those of you that are making ad content and you want to find a good way to make a decent video without trying to remember everything, then you need to use a teleprompter app. There's a few of them that work well like PrompterPal and Promptsmart Plus. I've used it for a few videos now and it works very well. You can adjust the speed to make sure that you get everything within 30-60 sec. You write a script within the app, load it and it accesses your front facing camera. It scrolls up the screen while you read it with your machine in the background. Works awesome. This is NOT an endorsement for these apps. This is just to help you make it easier to get good content.

Since steering head on into my business late February here are some of my numbers so far. Leads - 5 Qoutes - 3 totaling $56K Converted jobs- 2 with 50% down These have come from my website and next door app. I have videos ready to launch facebook ads but I can't get my card to be verified yet so I am still working on that. Hoping the leads flow in once facebook ads start running and I can figure out which ads are working best. Still working my W2 amidst this. One step closer to my monthly target, thanks for all the help from Austin and inspiration from you all.

Hey guys, below I’ve posted a few pictures. This older fella has about 500’ of fence with quite a few box elders growing a bit off the fence line. The problem is the ditch between the fence line and the trees he wants cut, ditch is about 2.5’ deep and 1.5’ wide, it’s a drainage ditch from spring runoff so I assume it’s very soft. Inhibits me from working parallel to the fence and keeping the trees off the fence once they’re brought down. He says the neighbor field can’t have any brush in it (so absolutely none can fall that way) as they can’t give a row up. So a day job, could potentially go to more given I’d have to use a chainsaw and move said trees to then mulch them up. How would yall price this? Day rate? Hourly? I Want to see if I was above or below where others would be at. My day rate is set at $2,000.

Hey guys, just curious how some of yall price trails? Are you going hourly or by the job? I'd like to stay by the job, I guess I just dont know where to get the pricing from. I know crew day math has to be the starting point, but lets say i've got a client that wants a trail around the perimeter of his 20 acres. Taking into consideration the density, terrain etc, where are the numbers AFTER crew day pricing being justified for cutting trails? Just curious on how I should go about this. I've been trying to price things by acre or job mainly so this is throwing me a bit out of whack. Thanks again
