Why Does Showing Up Feel So Hard?
You have something worth sharing. The intention is there. And yet somehow consistently showing up still feels harder than it should. ๐Ÿง  Here's what I've learned after almost 20 years of building online businesses and a master's degree in neuroscience - it's often not a confidence problem or a strategy problem either. It's a full brain problem. Every small unresolved decision you're carrying quietly competes for your attention. By the time you sit down to create and be visible, your mental space is already more crowded than you realized. That's just how brains work. And it's one of the most underrated visibility blockers there is. โœจ So I made you something. It's a free guide called Cut Your Mental Load in Half With AI and it's built around the exact decisions that drain women business owners most quietly: - What to post - How to respond to messages and inquiries - Which opportunities to pursue - What to do on the days when everything feels like too much It lives right here in the summit classroom. Go grab it ๐Ÿ‘‡ https://www.skool.com/skool-scale-camp/classroom/85a00de9 What's one thing that's been sitting on your mental to-do list way too long? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘‡

@Sonia Zamarripa Sonia yeah, that makes a lot of sense.๐Ÿ’ฏ Not having to make a bunch of little decisions every time makes such a difference. Also totally get that some parts still feel stickyโ€ฆ itโ€™s not all-or-nothing.

How Many Decisions Did You Make Before 10am Today? ๐Ÿง
How many small decisions did you make before 10am today? What to post. How to respond to that message. Whether to say yes to that opportunity. What to have for breakfast. Whether to exercise now or later. Each one feels tiny. But here's what's actually happening - every unresolved decision sits open in your brain, quietly competing for your attention alongside everything else you're trying to do. There's a well established phenomenon in psychology called the Zeigarnik effect that describes exactly this - unfinished tasks and unresolved questions stay mentally active whether you invite them to or not. And by the time you sit down to create, show up, or be visible? Your mental space is already more crowded than you realized. That's not a confidence or discipline problem. That's just how brains work. And I say that as someone with a master's in neuroscience who thinks about this stuff probably more than is healthy ๐Ÿ˜„ It's one of the most underrated visibility blockers there is. Nobody talks about it. We just keep pushing through and wondering why showing up consistently feels so much harder than it should. So here's my question for you ๐Ÿ‘‡ What's the one small daily decision that drains you more than it should? Drop it below. I'm genuinely curious what's taking up the most space in your brain right now - and I have a feeling this community is going to have some really good answers. P.S. I'm Micki, one of the speakers here. My session and a free guide that walk you through exactly how to use AI to clear this kind of mental clutter are both waiting for you in the summit. ๐ŸŽ

@Ronda Del Boccio Ronda you've basically built a decision-free morning and honestly that is the whole point of everything I talk about ๐Ÿ˜„ The coffee button, the posting flow, the clothes the night before, and every one of those is a loop you closed before the day even started. Your past self is doing your present self a huge favour every single morning. This is the way. โ˜•

@Ellen Westbrook the dinner decision is so underrated as a mental load drain ๐Ÿ˜„ You're not just deciding what to make, you're running a live negotiation between picky eaters and a variety enthusiast while also factoring in budget and time. That's not one decision, that's like seven. Every single night. No wonder it's exhausting. Let me know what you think of the session!
