Card on file
Hey everyone, how do you all go about asking for a card on file. Do you send the customers a stripe link or do ask for there card details over the phone/zoom. I closed 2 clients today to take my total to 5 😁. One client was really hesitant when I asked for his card details so I sent him a stripe link. He filled it in 5 hours later. Do you think there is a preferred way of doing it? Thanks all

Websites + Features or google reviews
How’s it going guys! Just a general question, i currently run a website + saas company where i got 6 clients, i saw Clays youtube where he mainly sells google reviews, looking for some general tips to see how’s the sale process is vs websites, case i would feel like clients would churn faster if they just got a bunch of reviews and stop after a couple months (obviously building value with ranking higher and need consistent reviews to stay at the top) but what’s your guys thoughts !

Just wanted to share this with you guys. when i started like 8 months ago i had a goal to hit around 100 deals in my first year and get to about 15k MRR just selling reviews. Back then i honestly had no clue if this was gonna work. I was just hoping i could figure it out as i go. now we’re about 8 months in and i’ve done around 24k in revenue (not MRR). Super thankful for this community as i would have never made it without it. Lots of ups and downs, stressful days, times where everything feels all over the place and you don’t really know what you’re doing. What’s worked for me more than anything has been cold calling and just building relationships. I kept the offer simple with reviews as the entry point. Low friction and it actually gets results - that made it way easier to build trust and then upsell into better retainers after. But yeah i’m still figuring it all out. To this day, haven’t even properly started meta ads yet, still getting better with ghl automations or figuring out how to run my books ahah. But if there’s one thing i do feel confident on now - cold calling. So I am thinking of putting together a skool group just around that. Like how i approach calls, what’s working, staying consistent etc. if you want in just shoot me a dm here on skool and i’ll send you a link when it’s up.

im assuming i need to get a phone verifcation or do u guys use emails to send out review requests, whats ur process on verifying the phone

Depending on what country your clients' leads are from, if you are sending review requests to the state, you will need A2P verification. If you sell to the UK, you will need a regulations bundle to verify a phone number. @Michael Hunsberger

Does anybody have experience integrating with square? Do they have lead lists for us to do reactivations?
