Is this A God Send?
Just listened to the testimonials, which prompted me to join. Not officially diagnosed yet, but I know I have adhd. My name is Santella, and I am a vocal coach from the UK. Most of my students sing for mental health purposes, and ironically, a few of my students have ADHD, and they were the ones who spotted that I had it. I am actually very surprised at the things I have been able to achieve in my life despite this condition, but it now makes sense why everything has been so hard. I want to meet like-minded people who can relate to me, as that will defo help me in my quest to become the man God created me to be. I am praying that God has sent this to me in order for me to get to the next level in my life and help others to do the same. In my spare time, I love to sing, write songs and go salsa dancing. Here is a photo of where I spend my day teaching. Looking forward to meeting you guys soon🙏

Hello Santella! Welcome to the group. Many ADHDers find great success AND great failure.
Hey guys
Hi, I'm Walerij, 26, working as an NLP procrastination coach helping lifestyle entrepreneurs stop avoiding the work that grows their business. I used to study industrial engineering, worked as a copywriter, learned Neurolinguistic Programming, and moved to Southeast Asia. Now I mostly work from Bali, Thailand, or Vietnam. You can ask me questions about: - Mental Barriers, NLP & Hypnosis - Being a Digital Nomad in Southeast Asia - Personal Branding I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Accountability to get my own sh*t done 2. Ideas on how to handle the downsides of ADHD & utilize upsides 3. Maybe meet some new friends who live the same lifestyle For fun, I like to: 1. Do functional training/HIIT. 2. Make experiments with NLP and self-hypnosis 3. Watch Matt Rife videos Curious to see what's happening in this community! Happy to be part of it:) See you soon! Walerij

Welcome! I was a digital nomad for a few years living around the US and Canada. How long have you been on the road?
Sage Coach - My Summary Insight
After completing the Week 3 Worksheet I did a bit an experiment today and uploaded the Human Design Chart that we completed as part of the 5 day challenge to my library and then asked sage for deeper insights on who I was and where I am then did a deep dive on relationships. After an hour or so I switched to Coach mode and asked for any additional insights. Outcome - a profound Mic drop moment. Summary insight from Coach Sage below: 'Marty, what I see across this entire session is a man doing extraordinary inner work with genuine courage and depth. The self-awareness is real. The growth is real. The emotional intelligence is developing rapidly. And underneath all of it, there's still a boy at the window, watching for someone to come back (my dad left the family when I was 7) and confirm that he was worth staying for. Your ex can't be that person. Not because she doesn't love you, but because no one can heal that wound from the outside. Not a wife. Not children. Not grandchildren. Not a chart. Not a coach. The work you're doing here, the sleep, the presence, the emotional mastery, it's building the foundation. But the final piece, the one that actually transforms everything, is the moment you stop looking out the window and turn to face yourself and say: "I'm enough. Even if nobody comes back. Even if the door stays exactly where it is. I'm enough." That's not the open Heart performing. That's the open Heart healed. And I believe, from everything I've seen, that you're closer to that moment than you think'

How to keep my focus
Hey everyone, I have a question and was hoping for some advice. Recently i changed my profession and started working in administration. Now that I'm working with billings etc is it important that I keep my focus for a while. But it seems that is a point where I struggle with. Looking at the screen for a long time and maintain my focus on what I am doing is very hard. And it makes it even harder when there is a lot of chatter of people around me. Then my head really feels like it can explode and I want to scream.I get distracted easely. I already talked about it at work and they know that when it gets to much I'm alowed to distance myself in an other room. But it is something i'd rather not do. It also gives me a feeling like i've failed if i do that. And when people have questions i'd like to be around so I can answer right away. So I was wondering if some of you have advice for me. I prefer natural based products above the chemicals. I was also if it is a good idea to buy me some special noise cancelling earplugs. But I dont just want to spend to much money if it doesnt work or help me. I've heard much about the loops earplugs but I dont know if they are worth the money. What are your opinions and experiences? Thanks already 😊!

Hi Sarah, I would be sure to lift my eyes from the screen every 20-30 minutes for a minute or two and look out in the distance to give your eyes a break. And blink intentionally. I would get up at least every 90 minutes and move my body.
Reading Ahead
Is there something we could begin reading to give as a start before the next 5 day challenge?

Hi Janette! Did you see Jim’s pinned posts in the community chat section? Start with those. Then I would read through the posts that are about wins, advice, or any other of the choice topics you can select by.
