@David Greenlees they will work fine. If you want a desktop environment on them use Fedora or Linux Mint. For a server platform, if you want to run kubernetes, Talos is your go to, if docker, then Ubuntu Server is a good go to.

@Brandon Lee that’s how I did my Ollama install. I passed through an Nvidia T1000 in my case. It works well enough. My stable diffusion platform is using an Nvidia 2080Ti.
@Ken Pryor you don’t need to have the latest 5000 series card from Nvidia. I use a 2080 Ti that has 11GB of memory. Yea, 11. I thought that was weird too.
