60-Second Reset
If your nervous system feels overloaded today, try this:
1️⃣ Inhale slowly through your nose
2️⃣ Pause briefly
3️⃣ Exhale longer than the inhale
Repeat 5 times.
Longer exhales signal the nervous system that it’s safe to downshift.
This is one of the simplest ways to interrupt a stress spiral.
