Join @Dr. Samir Mujagic for a deeply restorative Somatic In-Body Relax session, a unique practice that moves you through activation and into the deepest possible state of rest and integration. This session will take you from connected breath rounds that clear stagnant energy and create space in the body, all the way into a calming 4-7-8 breathing pattern and a full Yoga Nidra body scan, leaving you feeling grounded, soft, and completely at home in yourself.
