Thankful
Breathwork was a source of calmness for me today. The practice is a true blessing in my life.
Being Present
Breathwork helps me be present which I enjoy. Anxiety speeds me up, has me tense and anticipating. That break has been key in my day.
Generalized Anxiety
I was diagnosed with GAD a while ago. I mention this because health related anxiety can come with it and my breath work has been helpful overall in managing some of the stress. Lately it seems I can notice any ache or pain and my mind has been focused on worse case scenarios without the evidence. It’s exhausting and frustrating.

@Jenny Norman my mind tends to spin and I focus on worst cases. I remember a training for Breathwork through SomaIQ using titration. I’m hopeful to implement this when anxious.

@Jenny Norman it’s the idea of focusing on the anxiety internally and noticing what you notice then going back to an anchor such as the breath and back to the anxiety which can help reduce the emotion.
Daily Work
I’ve been pretty consistent with Breathwork and fortunate the practice has helped me manage stress. There are moments anxiety still is challenging but I am grateful for the daily practice.

I love starting the day off with a Breathwork session. I can get focused on my day and feel relaxed.
