This will be my comments section, so that I can send the link to my tracker. Day 2 1. Never, I can’t remember 2. I tend to offer comfort, counsel and listen to anyone who needs it 3. On occasions, I have said something to people and they ask ‘did I discuss that with you?’, I remember someone saying ‘i dreamt and was told you would have the answer’. 4. I tend to sympathise if anyone is in pain and cry when adults are crying Day 3 1. After a while, i felt tingling in my forehead and sole of my feet 2. No 3. I just ignored it and continued to concentrate Day 4 I completed the Commitment Statement and it is safely somewhere that I can see it anytime during this challenge. I am a Healer and I trust my gift. Thank you Day 5 I practiced the Sacred Daily Action and its an action that I will put into place always to remain grounded and Sovereign. 1. After having difficult conversations with people 2. I’m triggered because they are not willing to accept my version of truth 3. I will start using this method henceforth. Even when I go out into spaces with crowd and when I get back home, I will do this practice to ground myself. Thank you
