Hello and a warm welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. The Flow Collective is a space for women to move, learn, and feel supported through the changing seasons of their bodies. Inside this community we explore things like: - Yoga and movement that supports your body’s natural rhythms - Conversations about hormones, perimenopause, and cycle awareness - Education to help you better understand your body - Workshops, open houses and gatherings - Intuitive guidance - A supportive community of women navigating similar experiences This is a place where we can slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and support each other along the way. I created the Flow Collective because so many women are navigating these changes alone, and we deserve spaces where we can talk openly, learn, and support one another. I’m so happy you’re here. Menstrual Monday - Listening to Your Body
With our open house being this week I want to keep today on topic - Listening to Your Body. Whether you are in your reproductive years, peri-menopause or post menopause...listening to your body is key. She talks to you. When it comes to food, exercise, work, emotions, how feel during your period... your body is always talking to you. And when you truly sit and listen and take the time to understand exactly what she is telling you it can make a world of difference...especially in perimenopause and everything feels all over the place and out of control. Nurturing yourself, your body is necessary. Show her love and affection like you would those you love. Because when you begin to do so, it changes everything. Listen🤫 What is your body trying to tell you? I would love for you to share below where you feel you could listen to your body more. I’m so excited to share this with you… I’ll be hosting a live Open House inside The Flow Collective: Perimenopause & The Pause: How Listening to Your Body Changes Everything This isn’t a typical webinar — it’s going to feel more like a shared space. A moment to pause… to reflect… and to explore what your body has been trying to tell you. We’ll be diving into: 🌿 why what used to work may not be working anymore 🌿 what your body is actually asking for during perimenopause 🌿 how to begin listening instead of pushing through We’ll also be connecting here in the space beforehand.
