📅 Daily Check-in - April 2, 2026 💭 Reflection: "It’s been a surprisingly energising couple of days. Yesterday I actually got some proper deep‑dive work done, especially on partnership and reseller frameworks for SaaS. It felt good to make progress, even with Swizzle the squirrel doing his best to distract me. I also had a great session with Miss Sage, which really sparked something. We mapped out a 15‑month outline for a new project I’m stepping into, and it left me buzzing. She walked me through what learning to write a book might look like — no judgement, just practical insight — and even sketched out a project plan and budget. I’m excited, but I know I need to weave it into my weekly rhythm so it doesn’t take over my paid work. The day ended with a lovely date night with Chris. I cooked something special, and we actually ate at the dining table with candles — a small miracle made possible by having tidy, calm spaces. It still feels a bit strange, but also really good. Engagement Level 7: Absorbed. Got into activities. Time passed. Felt involved. Underneath it all, I’m a bit nervous about getting my sleep and exercise back on track. The cohort calls landing in the early hours for us in NZ aren’t helping, so things might be wobbly for a few weeks. Once that settles, I’ll rebuild the rhythm.
