We’re back next week after the annual retreat break—and kicking things off with Integration Week. If you’re not familiar with what that means, check out the description below.👇
✅ Monday - Pelvis & Spine: This intermediate Integration class unites the Pelvis and Spine—two body codes that work as one system. The pelvis balances and organizes the spine; when it’s aligned, spinal curves stack and decompress with ease. Combined cueing builds a smarter, more stable center. ✅ Wednesday - Feet & Clavicle: This Integration class pairs the Feet and Clavicle—two Body Codes that widen and stabilize the Zero Line. The feet create width and support at the ground, while the clavicles mirror that width above, opening the chest and shoulders. Together, they build balanced expansion and whole-body support. ✅ Friday - Ribs & Femur: This Integration class pairs the Femur and Ribs to build vertical lift through the Zero Line. When the femurs are centered in the hip sockets, the first ribs can lift and the rib cage expands upward. Together, they create support, lightness, and upward organization through the body. 🗓️ Monthly Body Code Class Schedule First Week: Foundations Second Week: Integration Third Week: Challenge Fourth Week: Restoration Every week our goal is to establish the Zero Line. When we stand in the Zero Line the body regenerates, when we don't stand in it, the body degenerates. 😃 Who's joining next week? Answer with a GIF!!!

Wonderful results
Wow, Today's class felt good while doing it but I am finding the results from it are amazing. I just started a list of classes I must do regularly and it is on it. After class I practiced viola for an hour. My body felt great and there were spots in pieces I have been working on that just totally came together today. I know it is from my body being better aligned. Then I went for a walk. My arms were hanging differently from my shoulders. My arms have never swung so easily and freely when I have been walking. The heel on my right foot often points in and it was aligned. My right foot often wants to rock to the outside of the foot and it didn't want to. Yay! Wins for me.
Confession
I have known Jay for 20+ years. I have referred 100s of clients. I've never really been one. I want to. I think I'm scared of disappointing him. Yes, this could have easily been a private message, but I thought I'd make it public just to see what comes back and to relieve him of coaching me. So, if you're reading this. It's on you. lol I think he's too nice. I think I need a drill sargent and yet, I hate authority. I think I have too many excuses and I'd rather sit and type than get off my ass. thoughts?

It is so much easier to do it at home than to go to a gym. For me having the live online class option is a saving grace. I just make it part of my schedule and show up. And then the way i feel afterwards keeps me showing up. It is so amazing to think about the changes in my body and comfort that have happened and continue to happen.
Very Grateful to have R3generate movement and Jay
Yesterday I read that the great violinist Hilary Hahn has had one of her cervical discs replaced. Apparently she still has to work to integrate the nerve function and strength. I knew the last two years she had been having a pinched nerve leading to canceled performances. She is 46. I no longer have any pain when I play my violin/viola. And I think that the flattening in my cervical spine is gone and I have a normal curve. That had plagued me off and on since my 30's. (I am 60.) I credit the work from R3generate movement and bodywork with Jay for that change.
