✅ Monday - Pelvis & Spine: This intermediate Integration class unites the Pelvis and Spine—two body codes that work as one system. The pelvis balances and organizes the spine; when it’s aligned, spinal curves stack and decompress with ease. Combined cueing builds a smarter, more stable center. ✅ Wednesday - Feet & Clavicle: This Integration class pairs the Feet and Clavicle—two Body Codes that widen and stabilize the Zero Line. The feet create width and support at the ground, while the clavicles mirror that width above, opening the chest and shoulders. Together, they build balanced expansion and whole-body support. ✅ Friday - Ribs & Femur: This Integration class pairs the Femur and Ribs to build vertical lift through the Zero Line. When the femurs are centered in the hip sockets, the first ribs can lift and the rib cage expands upward.
