Non Scale Victories are key!
Some of us are bound by the scale and need to break free. There are many ways to guage success in this journey. In this forest little bit I noticed I have less inflamation. I will excited to measure my A1C at the end of this challenge. Of course I want to lost weight, but other factors are important too! Reframing Success: Habits Over Numbers" focusing on non-scale victories (NSVs) like increased energy, better sleep, or improved clothing fit. This approach, reduces anxiety and encourages sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. I will be 58 on Wednesday, this challenge is a nice birthday gift to myself.
