To keep testing Utopai
To keep testing Utopai Studios, I gave it a little Western: a lone cowboy shoots one of the men attacking a young Native woman. When he’s about to be lynched, a huge fight breaks out, he’s saved, and he rides off alone, thinking about her. Utopai gave me a detailed 14‑point script, then generated front views of the four main characters (the hero, the young woman, the villain, and the sheriff), which I approved. After that, it created as many keyframes as needed. I only had to tweak two of them so the hero wasn’t still wearing his hat with a rope around his neck, or still carrying his Colt on his belt up on the gallows.

Marble just dropped a new version today (4/3) and it is significantly improved. That may help.
Here are my animated clips for ON The Run.
It looks like video 22 and there's a video 34, are missing but there not! In Dzine I discovered a feature called "Multi-Shot" where you can combine two images so in the video it shows two scenes with a camera position change but the characters move consistently through both scenes! It's pretty cool!

Thank you for jogging my memory on multi-shot. I have not tried it yet but I intend to.

Very nice. You presented it well. The artwork was good. If I had to come up with a couple suggestions that feel appropriate to me, first I would say that frequently characters had their mouths moving as if lip syncing, but of course it did not match the narration. I understand what your intention is; you want to show them in the scene as if they are talking. And I admit that some people will like that or be neutral. But for me it was distracting, especially when narration was going on and the lip movement (of course) did not match the narration. My own opinion, for what it's worth, is that you don't need to show lips moving. The viewer will get the idea with no lip movement. That's just my own opinion; others will differ. My other comment is that for some reason the video is often jerky. Instead of characters moving smoothly or cameras moving smoothly, the movement comes in sharp jerks, making relatively large jumps several times a second instead of smoothly moving. Maybe it's the hosting service? Your postproc software? I don't know; I've never seen this happen before in my own or other people's videos. Are you seeing it at your end?
I need a email address for Mark Diaz or the best way to contact him!
Is there anyone out there right now? I have misplaced my contact info regarding contacting Mark Diaz via email. If someone would forward it to me or post it; that would be great. If there is a better way , also inform me.

I do it by finding any message with his name on it, clicking his name, and then clicking Chat. If he's not online or chooses not to answer immediately, it will show up in his inbox and he will reply at his convenience.
