10-Day Consistency Challenge
Most people say they want to be more consistent… but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, that’s where it falls apart. So here’s the question: are you actually about it? 👊 This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. It’s simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. That’s it. But can you really show up and do it 10 days straight without missing? No excuses, no negotiating, no “I’ll make it up tomorrow.” 🔥 I’m doing it with you.
