CDOD Licensed Content Delivery Question
I'm talking to a few creators about licensing their content and finding licensees to distribute it to new audiences. @Travis Sago uses Kajabi and gives licensees a link to share with buyers. I don't use Kajabi and neither do most of the people I'm talking to. I'm wondering what other content delivery methods Ronin are using where we still keep control of the content while making it seamless for licensees to deliver to their buyers? One way is to create a Skool group for each licensee but that might get overwhelming for me.

What LMS do they have?
OI: When to know if their starting price is too high to negotiate
Got a handful of conversations going with Skool owners today (6 so far) about purchasing. Of the ones that have a price, one said $75k and the other said $50k. These are not massive communities. A few thousand people. I know "how long is a piece of string" but is this just a case of needing to go through BDTS a few times and get a feel for it? The super high starting numbers seem ridiculous to me for what the owners actually have.

simple… humans are emotional not logical they shared anything that could justify the price or is it a finger in the air valuation?
Hidden Asset in CDOD
Have you already gone through Coffee Dates on Demand? If you're weird like me, you've probably watched every video twice 😅 Even so... There's a hidden asset in the training. It requires a little digging. But it might be more valuable than the dozens of positive replies... And handfuls of coffee dates Ronin are getting from tiny lists of 100 prospects. I was sharing this with Ronin smart-guy and good dude @Marcus Karl the other day. I started with the Giving FUN-nel from CDOD... And went out to people in the music niche. I built a great list. Wrote some lovely (I thought) copy. Hit send. Then kicked my feet on my desk as I awaited glorious and automated positive replies. But what I got back... "Not interested" "Your copy looks like it came from TikTok" "You need to change if you want to work with serious businesses." Welp. Not exactly what I wanted to hear. But useful data nonetheless. I went back and tweaked my IBTs (intent-based targeting) Changed my copy. And most importantly... Thought of conversations I had already had with people in my niche. It turns out... I had some data from past conversations with business owners about what they might really really really want. And THAT is what needed to go in my Giving FUN-nel copy. I popped that into smartlead... And off it went. Feet kicked back up... more hesitantly this time awaiting positive replies. Totally different story: "Auction? Sounds interesting." "You're getting committed students? Tell me more." I already HAD the data I needed to dial in my funnel... I just didn't use it because I forgot. Now I OWN a FUN-nel that is dialed in for this niche. Which is an amazing asset to have. But the real HIDDEN asset of CDOD... Is that I now have the knowledge to troubleshoot this process... And create a winning campaign in ANY niche that I want. The process will always be the same... Put out our best guess to get hands raised. Have some conversations.

CDOD - Outreach Copy Question
Happy Monday everyone! Question for ya @Travis Sago So I just got a bunch of prospects... Looking to run the giving funnel... The thing is these folks are NOT Skool owners. They're just regular folks where there main asset is good 'ol email as far as I can tell. The question is... Do I change the CDOD swipe at all to not mention Skool? Or do I keep the copy "as is" ? I feel if I keep Skool in the copy there could be a "huh?" disconnect. I could be completely wrong tho 🤷 Curious how other CDOD folks have done it ... @James Richardson @Marcus Karl @David Botella @Chris Dyson @Evan DeVries

@James Richardson beat me to it. Yeah call two has some tips… What’s their present pain caused by their current plan? Can your auction offer be positioned as a NEW plan?
$5 a day ads bring me leads galore.
What?! You can spend $5 a day on ads and get leads and good ones to boot! I'm going to share it on this post, goal here is to make it so super simple that all you ronin can get leads and more and more leads for whatever you want, your own stuff run it for partners so their skools get a poppin... It will be a long post but if you follow it you will be able how to spend low on ads and get big results. For one partner on one of these $5 a day videos we have spent $3,076 and had 1,548 comments... that's 110 potential conversations a month on average ;) You wanna have more conversations? Lets get it... Right so this all starts with one ad, it builds from there but to start you need one ad on Facebook and instagram - this is going to be an engagement ad, we want the video views objective here. List out problems you solve or the offer solves and then next to it, circle 2 or 3 of the ones you know land the most. Grab a piece of paper and under each problem write the what value they'll get from watching this video, a free resource they can get if they comment, a line about who you are and why you are great, clearly state the problem they have, state what they are doing to solve that probelm, why that's not working, how your solution solves this problem, why it does that, then a call to action... That's it, if you wanna go turbo mode? Then do the same for the other problems, now you need no targettting other than the countries you want to do business in, keep an eye on this as FB sometimes goes wild and shows it to others so restrict those. You know if this is working if: > You are getting people watching your video for 35% video view under $/£1 > 40% or more hook rate = 3-second views / impressionsThis tells you how many people stopped long enough to actually start watching. > 8% or more hold rate = often ThruPlays / 3-second viewsThis tells you how many of the people you hooked kept watching deeper into the ad. > You are getting comments Then next step then is to start hitting that audience again with retargetting, so when you have 1K people in the 25 Video View audience you are going to want to retarget them (if you want to spend 5 a day use 3 on the first video ad and 2 on retargetting).
$5 a day ads bring me leads galore.

Best thing with these ads is you build an invisible audience on FB of video watchers you can retarget for cheap AF.
