How many different types of jobs have you had???
I’m curious if there is anyone in this group who has had less than 4 different types of jobs. I’ve done so many different types of work that I don’t even know how many there have been…childcare, administrative assistant, server, food co-op founder, real estate investor, property manager, tailor, aesthetician, store manager, teacher, speaker, counselor, educational consultant, mediator, coach, photographer…to name a few.

This is such an interesting question 🤔 I have worked several different jobs from Healthcare to doordashing. Some more structured and some more freelance type and everything in-between. Plus I am a private music teacher which I have complete control over. Never thought about it being an adhd thing. But probably so. I don't really like to have a boss but sometimes need managing. 😀
A Little Trick for Peaceful Nights
Sleep can be especially tricky when "T" is part of your life. Some nights, the ringing feels louder in the quiet, making it hard to relax or drift off. I’ve learned a few gentle ways to make it a little easier: - Using soft background noise, like a fan or calming music - Breathing slowly and focusing on the body, rather than the sound - Creating a cozy, dark, comfortable space for rest Some nights are still tough, and that’s okay. Being kind to yourself and letting sleep come in its own time helps more than fighting the sound ever could. 💬 If you live with "T", what small tricks help you get a better night’s rest?
