MEDITATION
Hey everyone Hope you all are doing well I think as a person having ADHD. The best habit you can involve in your life is meditation If you meditate before sleeping. You may see a big difference in your sleep . You may start getting better sleep and I think if you meditate after waking up before even checking your phone . You may have a better insight as you have started your day with yourself instead of going on your phone and looking up at people's life So.. I think meditation is really important to know your self and important to start being peaceful and live a better life Add your comments . What do you all think?

Yes I meditate every day and also calm yoga. My phone is off 1 h before bed

just finished my AI snapshot. Wow I really feel seen. yes tears stared flowing, and the knot in my throat. the snippet: Just got my ADHD Snapshot and one thing hit me hard. I've spent my whole life over-explaining and defending myself, and this report helped me see it's not a flaw - it's a protective response I built as a kid who kept being mislabeled. The pattern that frustrates me the most finally makes sense. Seeing the WHY behind it feels like the first step toward actually changing it. Ready for the challenge.
