Hey everyone
Hope you all are doing well
I think as a person having ADHD. The best habit you can involve in your life is meditation
If you meditate before sleeping. You may see a big difference in your sleep . You may start getting better sleep and I think if you meditate after waking up before even checking your phone . You may have a better insight as you have started your day with yourself instead of going on your phone and looking up at people's life
So.. I think meditation is really important to know your self and important to start being peaceful and live a better life
