Hidden Asset in CDOD
Have you already gone through Coffee Dates on Demand? If you're weird like me, you've probably watched every video twice 😅 Even so... There's a hidden asset in the training. It requires a little digging. But it might be more valuable than the dozens of positive replies... And handfuls of coffee dates Ronin are getting from tiny lists of 100 prospects. I was sharing this with Ronin smart-guy and good dude @Marcus Karl the other day. I started with the Giving FUN-nel from CDOD... And went out to people in the music niche. I built a great list. Wrote some lovely (I thought) copy. Hit send. Then kicked my feet on my desk as I awaited glorious and automated positive replies. But what I got back... "Not interested" "Your copy looks like it came from TikTok" "You need to change if you want to work with serious businesses." Welp. Not exactly what I wanted to hear. But useful data nonetheless. I went back and tweaked my IBTs (intent-based targeting) Changed my copy. And most importantly... Thought of conversations I had already had with people in my niche. It turns out... I had some data from past conversations with business owners about what they might really really really want. And THAT is what needed to go in my Giving FUN-nel copy. I popped that into smartlead... And off it went. Feet kicked back up... more hesitantly this time awaiting positive replies. Totally different story: "Auction? Sounds interesting." "You're getting committed students? Tell me more." I already HAD the data I needed to dial in my funnel... I just didn't use it because I forgot. Now I OWN a FUN-nel that is dialed in for this niche. Which is an amazing asset to have. But the real HIDDEN asset of CDOD... Is that I now have the knowledge to troubleshoot this process... And create a winning campaign in ANY niche that I want. The process will always be the same... Put out our best guess to get hands raised. Have some conversations.

CDOD - Outreach Copy Question
Happy Monday everyone! Question for ya @Travis Sago So I just got a bunch of prospects... Looking to run the giving funnel... The thing is these folks are NOT Skool owners. They're just regular folks where there main asset is good 'ol email as far as I can tell. The question is... Do I change the CDOD swipe at all to not mention Skool? Or do I keep the copy "as is" ? I feel if I keep Skool in the copy there could be a "huh?" disconnect. I could be completely wrong tho 🤷 Curious how other CDOD folks have done it ... @James Richardson @Marcus Karl @David Botella @Chris Dyson @Evan DeVries

Yeh remove the skool opener line for non-skool peeps. Travis writes an example or two I think in the second call. Pain point opener lines. There's a doc with the call too. I've tested a few of my own, they work well you've just gotta hit the right hot button pain points. Feel free to DM me if you're still struggling after you check out that call dude

CDOD Giving Funnel + Auctions = $16.6k in 2 months
And I'm just getting warmed up! Currently wrapping up my second auction for a second partner I got from the CDOD Giving Funnel since joining end of Jan. First one did $7k. Second one now closing up the DM's with just under $10k (9.6k currently.) Little ones compared to some of the killers in here doing high-5 and 6-figure auctions. But two new partners, two auctions, over $16k in first 2 months. The reps are stacking fast, I'm building awesome relationships.. and having a ton of FUN along the way!

A partner of mine wanted to move to skool. They set up the group and seeded it with around 700 members nearly a year ago, since then we've grown it the 4,896 members with half of them coming from Skool organic because of the engagement we produced. I'll break that all down in this post for you guys. Ok so a bit of background my partner teaches people in the US who aren't from there to speak better english, to get a better job, get a job, make more friends. He has a podcast, Youtube and we run Facebook ads, we use Laurel Portie's Ads ecosystem (if anybody has any Qs lemme know!) The plan we use is really stupid simple as well to get this amount of people... > Auctions > Posts in the group > Email about the posts He wanted to move everything to Skool. This included killing his highly performing $28 program which was doing very well on ads! After the first auction he noticed that Skool started to send him more people, he messaged me like 'Ryan, that auction most have signalled something to Skool, they are sending us more people...' He was right, his goal was to use this free skool as a holding pen for his higher priced memberships. We put the free lesson he gave away free in this skool. He also has a HUGE back catalog of lessons, so he added a $8 a month level on this skool where you got one every 4/5 days and added a AMA class for paying members every week. We also started to see AFTER the auction people commenting more and more engaged, so I started to turn the comments and DM's to posts, people started engaging even more, guess what? Skool sent us even more traffic... So we just rinse and repeat. Auction. Post. Email to Post. DM everybody. I also DM every new member. Every new member gets this ' here are those free lessons as promised. Quick question…are you looking to just 'get by' with English, or is there a specific goal (like a job or move) that’s making this a priority right now?' I get a gazillion of these everyday, I work through em and am I after shifting and sorting, I want people who want to solve their english now and want to get it better but I have to find out if they have a one of two problems.

Great post man. Reminds me of when I grew an FB group from 0-140k members in ~6 months back when they were hot in 2019. It was all about hacking the algo with engagement. If only I knew about community auctions back then! 😅 I hadn't made the connection with engagement to Skool algo growth until now as there's no central newsfeed. But I can see how it's pushed out through the directory and the side bars in hobby level groups - assuming that's where traffic comes from?
